Project Manager, Study Maintenance

As a key part of our team, the Project Manager, Study Maintenance- Level 1 serves as the main client contact during the maintenance phase of the trial and assists the Project Manager, Design & Implementation, during the start-up phase of a project. The Project Managers are expected to deliver excellent customer service. The major part of the role involves independently performing project management responsibilities during the maintenance phase of a project including oversight of project quality, monitoring/reviewing project status, and regular communication with client, management of system change requests, and oversight of task completion by project team.Key areas of responsibility also include assisting the Project Manager, Design & Implementation, during the start-up phase of a project by managing and completing several of the project set-up activities such as assisting with user acceptance testing, writing study documentation such as drug shipment details, manual procedures and communication plans, managing drug release/labelling process and providing Project Specialist (PS) training and overseeing PS start up activities.

ePRO Product Manager

The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams that are charged with executing the full product development lifecycle for new and existing products, from inception through to successful commercialisation, build products from existing ideas and help develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. He/She must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. They will work within NPS to define product release requirements, with sales and marketing to understand and support the go-to-market strategies, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. They will work with production development and support groups to ensure that the product is properly delivered and supported after the sale has been made. They also serve as the internal and external "evangelist" for product offerings. He/She will also be responsible for coordinating all of the cross-departmental personnel and activities that are necessary for product commercialisation. They will be responsible for collecting, synthesizing and processing feedback and information from sources internal and external to the company, and using this information to continuously improve the commercial viability of the products in their charge.
