Validation Technician

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating validation activities to facilitate compliance of equipment and facilities with operational and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. He/she will compile validation documentation, co-ordinate the execution of validation testing and periodic review of equipment and facilities. They will also ensure that validation projects are completed in a timely manner.

Senior Validation Co-ordinator (Job Share)

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating validation activities to facilitate compliance of computerised systems with operational and regulatory requirements. He / she will be responsible for compiling validation documentation and for co-ordinating the execution of validation testing and periodic review of computerised systems. He / she will be a responsible, highly motivated person and a strong communicator, liasing with users, software development and quality to ensure that validation projects are completed in a timely manner. He / she will provide support to the Validation Manager and will supervise the work of Validation Co-ordinators.

Shipping Administrator

Reporting to the Warehouse & Shipping Team Leader, the postholder will have responsibility for completion of final checks on Almac Clinical Services shipping paperwork to ensure GMP compliance prior to despatch. They will ensure that shipping paperwork is completed to a high standard and through data trending and reporting routines, assist with generation of Quality improvement initiatives within the Shipping department.

Senior Distribution Associate – Evening Shift

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, the successful candidates will be responsible for completing all administrative duties required for the control of material throughout the despatch and distribution process including; order generation, interpretation of information from drug order forms and transferring orders onto the processing system. The position will also involve ensuring that data is transacted and maintained accurately, updating and distributing information systems to reflect the current status for each despatch and liaising with couriers and carriers.
